rebuilding chevy small block 400 for street performance
I know i didn't really explain much on my first post so here i go again. On head/port design do i want pocket ported heads or fully ported, stock valves or large valves, what is a good valve size diameter, what would be the best c/ratio for a somewhat daily driver, on manifolds single or dual plane, when it comes to the camshaft will I be better off with hydraulic flat-tappet lifters, solid flat-tappet lifters, roller solid, or hydraulic lifters. This is gonna hopefully be put in a Nova, and I'm hoping all of you can give me some insight on sucessfully building my first engine thanx.
