Just so you will know
I put (by accident) some 350 rods into a 327 when I was rebuilding an engine one time.
The oil journals did not line up correctly. The result was spun inserts, over and over again. After many of frustrating rebuilds I took the engine to the machine shop. That is how I found out the rods were not campatable with the 327 block. I had purchased these rods from the very same machine shop that discovered the problem. They made good on all the parts I had purchased for the entire problem and they rebuilt the engine the last time free of charge. It ran for six or seven years before I sold the truck to get a new one.
