383 sb chevy or 468 bb

Just bought a 55 chevy with a warm 468 bb but also have a 383ci sb with three duece tunnel ram, edelbrock rpm heads 10:9.1 cr luniti cam (310 adv. dur & 519 lift), gear drive that I built 475 hp & 450 torque is my best guess (desk top dyno). All I know about the 468 is it sounds good (cam) team G intake, Holley carb. and roller rockers. Which one would you go with.
    Thanks for your help.

P.S. I have never been a bb type of guy.

If it were a everyday driver then a 383 but I like big blocks better so either way if it were me I would throw the 468 in it.

    Thanks
BTW nice p/u. The 383 is in my 54 3100 rat rod now. I also have a 52 5 window that I'm building for my son. I am a big fan of the 47-55.5 chevy p/u.
