beer in the early after noon,,liquer in the late afternoon,,or i dont know what end the revolving muffler bearing goes into.

Well i had a friend Come by he is saying that Camshaft Lobe is Gone and i have to pull the whole top of the Motor Off Rad water pump and All... so if 1 Lobe is Gone i have to replace it all>? let me know
