    Desk top dyno plz!!!

i just built my first engine and it is going in my 1990 chevy p/u. I was wondering if neone had a desktop dyno that test my engine combo on and see what kind of hp and tq i can make?

    355
    9:7:1 compression
882 heads with little port and polish (1.94 valves)
bracket master II cam 230 duration and 480 lift
    Z/28 springs
    stock rods and crank
    torker II intake
    edelbrock 600 carb
1 5/8 headers into turbo mufflers

and if someone can think what kind of times it will run with that combo i have 28 inch tall tires 2500 stall and turbo 350 trans

if u need more info to run a desktop dyno plz tell me and ill get the info

    thanks

I would say from your info you listed 330hp if that.....

The 882 heads are 76cc heads and even with 2 relief flat tops and standard deck on the block and factory fel-pro gasket will only net 8.9:1-- 9.2:1cr

Using Dyno 2000 and missing some data I figured around 380, with 350 hp tourqe at 6,000 RPM

    I'm missing some stuff:
    Type of mainfold, dual plane?
    Exh valve Dia
    Exh lift
    Lifter type

Plus I don't have the flow file for that cam.

Get me the stuff above and I'll try it again

you'll be lucky if your getting anywhere around 325hp due to the lack of flow....those heads are a real restriction even ported on a 350....don't get your hopes up or you'll be disapointed...

I would add those heads start fading out at 4500rpm on a 305 and probably around 3500rpm on a 350 and thats just where that cam starts making power if your running it strait up.....plus that cam will ping like hell with any kind out timing with that much compression due to the 114 LSA.... 9.8:1 starts getting iffy with that one...

I have built a lot of "true" 9.5:1 motors with that cam and run some anywheres from 4-13degrees advanced and anything other than real 92 octane results in melted piston lands

Understand one thing.... Dyno 2000 is using ultimate optimum numbers.
Meaning, everything is absolutly perfect giving the numbers put in.
Perfect carb jets, perfect timing, perfect temps and weather conditions.
I usually take about 20% off the numbers for REAL world HP
