283 specifications
Hi i`ve got a 283 Motor and want to rebuild it for my Boat .
Now i need the spec`s for all bold Torque
and tht Valve clearance at hydro Lifters .
Thanks for help from Germany

Boat engines are a whole different breed....
1st the cams are different but better....Most boat engines have a wider LSA...stock is 114 most boats are 118-120Lsa these make more power and more heat...but boats have a constant supply of cold water and can accomodate more Lsa....
Pretty much everything else is the same...
