very little oil flow on rockers.

New cam, bearings, lifters oil high vol pump. got 75 psi oil pressure. with engine idling oil just barely runs out of push rods if i back off the rocker nuts it will squirt out a little bit but when i adjust it down it slows the flow. all the galley plugs are in have checked them. Will i wreck the motor with very little flow, there is oil coming off the rockers just not shooting out.
