is one hei distributor better than the other say a msd mallory an a GM what is they better of them? im lookin to build a small block 400 an i was lookin for a goal of over 450 hp an close to 500 lbs of torque (or more) can any one tell me what dist is best?


p.s. if any one has any ideas for a bult up on my 400 let me know i know i should look on the posts but now aday i bearly have time too look at my self in the mirror its a standerd borde small block 400 but i might have to do some work on the block so any build ups im great full for
