    LT1 Help

I am building a '48 Chevy 3100 as a streetrod. I have just been offered an LT1 for $650, without the computer. Can I use this engine without a computer? Can I use an aftermarket computer? I guess what I need to know is how do I put this in my truck and make it a driveable truck?
    Thanks,
    Brian

you didnt say what yr you had t75atc and they make all kinds of lt1s, so i gonna assume you mean 93 up. i used a stock wiring harness and computer, but you can buy a computer and wiring harness all ready made up if you like. talk to these people and they can give you some prices.
