As per yesterdays question
Since I now know it is a 350sbc. This is what I have done to it in the past and what I am going to install this week.
Holley 600 vaccum secondary.
Weiand midrise dual plane.
Swirl torque 2 inch 4 hole spacer.
Locked out hei unit hooked up to MSD 6al and timing coputor retard is activated at 2500rpm with 4 degree retard.
Stock exauhst manifold(I know get headers) runing to a catco cat then a flowmaster 2.5 inch muffler. this goes in to a very well made tiangle shaped exauhst spliter then into daul 2.5 inch pipes with stainless tips.
I have a new Summit cam and lifter set that I plan on puting in this week it is a 204/214 duration and .420/.442 lift. with 112 degree seperation.
This is in a GMC 1/4 ton stock hd trany and rear.
should this be fine in a truck or better of in a car?
Allso what is a conservative hp estimate.
