Which Cam
Trying to pick a cam for a 10 to 1 350, the cams are an XE274 and a Magnum 286H, which one would make the most power, or are they pretty much equal other than the XE will pull more vacuum?
Also how much stall would you recommend for either cam in a 3600lb silverado with a turbo 400 tranny and 3.73 gears?
Running with iron eagle 180's a weiand x-cellerator, and a performer 600 carb.

Have you figured the dynamic compression ratio yet? If not, go here: http://cochise.uia.net/pkelley2/crc.htm and determine your DCR for each cam. To run on pump gas, you should be 8.0:1 or less/8.5 or less with aluminum heads. Report back when you have figured this out and we can help you make a more informed choice.
