The transmission is a level three from Bowtie Overdrives out of California. It is built to take 500+ Hp and loads of torque. The torque converter feels to loose though. I think a stall around 2600 would work best with a torquey stroker. I just installed the 3.73 rear. I was thinking about 4.11 but was afraid if I did not like the 2004R and put my Turbo400 back in, the car would not be driveable on the highway. I am trying to get a good balance between street and strip.
When you say it looks good, do you mean the current set up or stepping up to the Crane cam?

Sorry for your loss of friend Mike McGee, Shine. Great trans men are few and far between, it seems. Sadly, Mike Frade was only 66 and had been talking about retirement for ten years that I know...
