Alright. Given the Edelbrock Aluminum Performer RPM heads (60899)

    64cc combustion chamber
    170cc intake port volume
    2.02 / 1.60 valves

With a .040 Fel-Pro head gasket, and assuming the standard deck high of .035

This will drop me about 9.5:1 compression right, with a quench of .075 (I dont know what the compressed hight of the gaskets are, much less?)

Would either of the cams I have onhand be good with this combination? And, with aluminum heads, would I be looking at detonation with this high quench?

I might just man up and buy a set of these heads.
