    Heat up your Visa or Mastercard.
    Get a second job. (I've held two jobs as a young man)
    Get a third job. (I've held three jobs as a young man)
    Sell something you already have.
    Borrow the money from family or friends.
    Borrow the money from the bank with collateral.

    What you have to be careful of is (on a roots type blower) cracks or scored marks on the rotors or case. The other problem that you can run into is the incomplete kit that's short a pulley or bracket that you won't be able to find or that will cost you an arm and a leg. That's why I'd never buy a blower and/or kit that I couldn't inspect in person before I laid out the cash unless it was from a reputable supplier.
