    You're too young, so I'll enlighten you. In 1964 Corvette advertised a 375 hp 327. Can you build a 350 hp 283 for $1000 or under. I believe it can and WAS done. BTW, my oldest daughter is your age and if I really wanted to call you names I'm sure I could have done a better job.

    i know i can build a 350 hp motor out of junk, and i know scooter can also. you dont have to have all that hi doller stuff to go fast, all it needs is a little TLC.

    exatcly, besides u can find those motor kits on ebay with pistons and etc for cheap i take stuff to personal when im told it cant be done when its in my garage already done

    tell me what you had into it, as far as heads, cam,rods, etc and what year block was it do you know by chance? how did it run anyway?
