Decrepitly, Oldman2 comments that I was running my '35 3 window at San Fernando and Pomona 2 years before Dave was sitting in his karts. I think I'll drink some milk and go to bed.

At least you had the luxury of a back seat. It's a lot easier than working around the steering wheel and floor shift. Oddly enough, I was rolling around with Jeanette Willis. I wonder if they were distantly related????

It will also cost about the same to build and modify. The end result in most cases the bigger motor will produce more power. I think the poster makes a good point and did not perceive his purpose as telling others what to do, only stating his personal advice. I happen to agree with him. I have seen small motors out run big motors too, but in most cases the old addage that there is no substitute for cubic inches is true, unless you add in other limitations or factors.
