No custom grinds are necessary. Stick with one of the Comp Xtreme Energy cams or the like. Maybe, 268 degrees of duration will give you a nice rough idle if you like the sound, but is a relatively street friendly cam. It will work best with a 2200-2500 rpm stall converter.
