cylinder head choices
I have a S10 with a mild 350 in it and am curently assembling a 383 stroker to replace the 350. looking for a streetable yet fast combination for when i go to the track to play. truck weighs 3000 lbs with driver. wondering what a good choice is for heads.. there seem to be so many out there now.
below is what i have so far
350 4 bolt block with ARP main studs
4340 forged lightweight int balanced rotating assy with good 4340 H beam rods and SFI dampener and flexplate
Ross lightweight flat top pistons at zero deck
total seal gapless rings
bottom end is built to handle 8500 rpm shift points
rear is a 4.11 8.5 with locker
trans is a th350 with a 3000 stall speed converter
even though the bottom end is built to handle high rpm i doubt it will ever see better than 7k
now.. what are my best head and cam options? i will be running a Victor jr intake and a 750 hp carb.. with a 74cc combustion chamber i will be at 10.0 compression and with a 64cc chamber i would be at 11.3 compression..
any thoughts?

These reasonably priced AFR 210cc intake port small block Chevy angle plug cylinder heads are available in three stages of performance. The Race Ready version features 100% CNC ported intakes while the higher flowing Competition version features 100% CNC ported intakes with greater detail. At 10.0:1 with this cam, you'll be at 8.373:1 dynamic compression ratio. With a zero deck and 0.035" to 0.040" squish, this motor should rip all day on pump gas.
