    Lunati Street Master Cam

Planning on getting an 84 Silverado in perfect condition for 4500 bucks, it still has the stock engine in it so I want to pull it and build it up prety stout. I have an all forged eagle bottom end and some srp pistons, just wanted to know if the world products s/r torquer heads with 2.02 and 1.6 valves and 170cc runners will work well with the lunati street master camshaft part #LUN07102, it is 285 duration, .507 lift and on a 108lsa, if so which intake and carb would you recommend? prefer edelbrock carb and intake just don't know which one's?
Also the compression will be around 9.8 to 1 if I calculated right

    Thanks for replies

Can't see why those heads and cam wouldn't be a match. As far as intake, test after test(in the rod mags) shows that the Performer RPM Air gap is the best all around(street/strip) intake, good up to 6500 rpm.Of course Vic probably 'owns' many of those mags that brag the manifold up so much. And I am not familiar with that cam and so,since they call it 'street master' I am presuming it to have a 'streetable' overlap. Also check what stall converter Lunati suggests. With a 108lsa,duration should be 225 deg.or lower @.050 for street 'manners'.Just my opinion, good luck.

the combo i'm trying to copy used sportsman 2 heads and a victor jr intake on a 383 and made over 460 ft lbs. of torque and 430 hp, I know I wont make that much only having a stock stroke 350 but hp/tq #'s should still be good enough for a pretty stout street truck, how much stall would someone suggest for the cam?

You'll be happier with a Voodoo series Lunati on the street and track. The Performer RPM Air-Gap is the manifold to go with with a 750 Thunder Series Edelbrock carb.
