Engine Info needed from engine #'s
I aquired a small block chev engine the previous owner said came out of a 91 suburban. The part numbers I found on it are; V0425JZH and TMF520208. I would like to know more about the engine statistics and the heads before I rebuild it. Thanks, Phil

There aint no JZH motor listed in the book.....Could you have misread a
UZH code? IF so, the UZH motor is a 91 truck 350, 210 hp, 700R4, RPO L-5, with a TBI.

Thanks robot. What are the pros and cons about putting a 350 c.i. truck engine into a daily driver? What is different about the truck engine?
Thanks, Phil

Should be no difference between a truck engine and a passenger car engine. Im mostly into big block chevy's, not small blocks. But Im pretty sure they're exactly the same. Use it!!!When your dreams turn to dust, Vacuum!

The only differance if any would be the cam. The earlier 350 truck engines were 4 bolt mains.Charlie
