Ok heres the deal. my dad wants some more power out of his C10, it's a 350 8.5:1 Q jet 4bbl 260 HP just as it left the line except a GM HEI distributor and he wants more power out of it, at the Syracuse Nationals he saw a Mid year vet with a Small block and 1 of the 144 blowers and fit under the hood with no problems, and the stock hood, just had a low rise air cleaner so, he was thinking about spending the 2k for the blower and getting the respectable 100 HP as advertised. what would we need to do? the truck has power brakes and a couple of vac lines that run into the cab which we think is for the heater, how would we keep the vac for these things?. will the 144 blower clear the HEI dizzy?
