Header Question
Hey, I have a Question regarding primary tube size. I have a 307 with 462624 (1.94x1.50) heads with 1.6 rollertips and a dual plane intake (mercruiser 350) with a quadrajet. I kept the stock cam truck grind (as the engine is out of a chevy c10 going into a gmc 1/2ton). I'm connecting a camaro t5 to it as well. I'm wondering if the 1 5/8 primary on these headers would flow too much air for the engine http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku DO you guys have any comments....I kind of want to keep the 14 gauge tubing to keep them pretty beefy. I would appreciate any help on this.Last edited by mellobud; 08-06-2006 at 01:48 PM.

I'll probably order them tomorrow then.
We managed to get a couple of other small things taken care of. One was blacking out the front of the core support. When the sun hit the front of the car just right that green paint on the core...
