Ok, got my block to the machine shop, bored the block 30 and turned the steel crank 10/10. Sold the 461 hump heads to the guy there for 100 bucks. Bought the speed pro kit in summit, forged 10.35:1 CR with .120 dome on a 64cc head. Getting everything balanced while its there.
My question is on what to top it off with, I am looking at the E tech or the Systemax II. The E Tech comes with 64 cc heads which would give me the 10.35:1 Cr and the Holley kit comes with 68 cc heads. What would the 68 cc heads drop the CR too? or should I adjust it back up with smaller head gasket?
The E Tech claims 410 HP and the holley kit claims 425 HP, The holley has a bigger cam which might mean i need a bigger stall.
Anybody ran either of these combos?
