1991 chevy pick up 350 tbi .040 over with rv cam if i put 305 tbi heads on will it run good without messing with the computer

what do you mean messn with the cpu

ecm. or whatever runs the fuel mixture

Dont think so, but what I do know is that the 350 wont reach it's full potential because the ports and valves in the 305 heads are to small.

do you mean adding a chip or something thats easy.. putting on the the 305 heads sure wont hurt anything..

i was told i could put 305 heads on and raise the compression i don't know if thats true or not

Its going to raise the compression ,question is how much and is that too much?

Have you called the cam manufacture yet?
Was that a cam they picked for you?

where can i go to find camshafts numbers
