All I had to see on the 400 was the rod aspect ratio to know that it's not for me..... The more I see of long rod engines, the more appealing they look. For me, I think 6.0 on an sbc would be minimum...
The 400 is probably fine for a mild street engine, but mild just isn't my cup of tea....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

the stock front end in my car holds tride and true to 108 fastest so far that ive went, my dad used to run 11.70's with the car bout 8 years ago, only thing that has been upgraded was the master cylinder, put a dual resivor on it, when my dad used to run 11's he said it was fun to stop on the one resivoir master cylinder at the top end!!!!....
Yep. And I seem to move 1 thing and it displaces something else with 1/2 of that landing on the workbench and then I forgot where I was going with this other thing and I'll see something else that...
