    Hi Mod87,

Got some numbers... I'm assuming you're running methanol (not ethanol). I can't take the 4/7 swap into account but I've seen it can give you something on the order 10hp for free. I put intake centerline at 106 same as LSA. Used "single plane max flow" model for intake and fully ported wedge type heads.

    667hp@7000/598ftlb@5000

Anywhere in the ballpark of what you expect?

It actually came in @ 627 HP. But thats not too bad for Theoretical Horse power numbers. Either way the motor is quite the thumper.

Hmmm... 6% error given some imprecision in some of the inputs ain't bad. And yes it sounds like a very nice motor... do you run it for dirt tracking?

Dirt Modified. We are kind of a cross between IMCA and UMP. So we get to run the Roller cams, but are stuck with Cast iron heads. This year were going from the UMP tires tot he IMCA tires. I suspect My car will be a tire frier...

Fun times! Good luck this season. I haven't gotten beyond trying to go straight and I'll be doing it again this year. Hoping to shave over a second off the 1/4 mile and still drive to and from the strip...
