Question...
I've got a 83 Lemans wagon with a 3.8 and its gutless as hell (which im sure most of you know). Id like to do a plain and simple build up and i was thinking possibly just a 350 since its pretty comon and finding parts is simple as pie. Ive looked around and landed a price of $400 for a 350 with trans that was originally in a stock car with some minor mods, so im thinking that might be a good place to start. Any suggestions or comments?

you can't go wrong with a 350, it's not original or unique but because of that they are super cheap to hop-up and maintanance is cheap as well. plus there is a ton of stuff at the junkyard. go for it. (make sure it'll fit first though )

that or you can use a gen3 and up 3.8 with SFI and a supercharger... my buddy has one his 01 impala and that thing fliesjust because your car is faster, doesn't mean i cant outdrive you... give me a curvy mountain road and i'll beat you any day
Ok gang. It's been awhile. With everything that was going on taking care of my mom's affairs and making a few needed mods to the Healey, it was June before anything really got rolling on this...
