Last year for the 2 pc. rear seals was '86 in the small blocks and a "TargetMaster/Goodwrench" back then was a rebuilt engine off the assembly line which meant that maybe one cylinder bore was too large or one lifter bore was too big or the mains were oversized when they bored them... or something else was not in specs. and the mexicanwetbacks would custom make an oversized lifter for that hole or a piston that would fit the +.0045 sized bore.. or cut down an oversized valve to fit the oversized seat in the head or plug and stake and weld a crack in the casting somewhere in the block.. They were/are NOT the crate motors of todays standards at all!

I think the block was cast in '94, I don't think it's a new style 350.

It doesn't have the center bolts on the valve covers.
