Changing to non 1 wire alternator hook up???
....Hi Everyone, I need to get my '32 running while I'm waiting for a new 1 wire alternator to be shipped to me. So I want to get a regular hook up alternator at the local auto parts store. But how do I hook up the wiring??? THANKS, Bill

Buy a plug to go into the built in regulator, hook the heavier wire directly to alternator output, and hook the other to a switched 12v source. You have to use a seperate swich to control this,if just hooked up to ignition on it will backfeed and you won't be able to shut the engine off. Hank
