    According to this web site, http://www.nastyz28.com/gm-chevy-cod...s-suffix-8.php
    You have a 4 barrel Chevy 350 from Oct 20, 1978, made in Flint Michigan, originally 165hp body application k10-2500.
    This is correct if you missread that first # and it really reads V1020TWZ.
