maybe because id rather be racing then sitting at home waiting.i only raced for $ one time. it cost 3 times as much to race in that class, it didnt pay out very well, and everybody has $$$$$ into electronics. im fine with a trophy and some pride and satisfaction. and since our track is long gone history now i have all the time in the world. which is why im going to sell the car because i was scrapin by to go racing here. let alone drive 250+ miles to the nearest track!
.........so much for my leave of abesence.......

Ditto on the model kits! My best were lost when the Hobby Shop burned under suspicious circumstances....
How did you get hooked on cars?
