c.r. 11.7:1
Not enough cam. Need another 10-12 degrees duration. Operating range 4,000 to 7,000.
Need better rods, steel crank, race converter, good fuel.
Not enough head.
Maybe someone with a software dyno can help you.

I pluged you info into the Cam quest . I went with 11.5.1 C/R But your engine is higher . And found a cam that was a near match to yours . This is what it came up with 569.8 HP at 6000 RPM and 574.9 ft lbs of Torque at 4500 RPM . I think the heads you are running will hold back some of this HP . I would say that engine may go 525 HP and 510 ft lbs of Torque . It is a hard one to call

The engine shop that re-sizes and install ARP bolts on my stock SB Rods . Said they are good for 7200 RPM . Dont tell him I took one of my 350s to 8000 RPMs Sounds Like this 406 will max at 6400 RPMs with the 190cc heads .

I don't think it will hit 569 hp anyway.
It will be a stump puller. If you go bigger heads, RPM will go higher than the intended 6000. Open the bowls on the heads or run race gas. Or E85 if availableRAY

Ok gang. It's been awhile. With everything that was going on taking care of my mom's affairs and making a few needed mods to the Healey, it was June before anything really got rolling on this...
