    Yet Another Dumb Question

Hello, newbie here..have a '67 Camaro RS/SS 350 Convertible (with Quadrajet)that I 've had since 1985, that I love dearly but would not pretend to be an expert about...it unfortunately does not have the original motor, but and early 70's vintage 350. The stupid question is, the 1967 350 has the oil filler tube out on the front of the intake manifold, and the motor in my car does not. If I wanted to put a '67 intake manifold with correct filler tube on my car (if for no other reason than a more authentic look), would this work? Would I need to make any other alterations, or be asking for any other trouble?

Thanks in advance for having pity on an idiot

The only dunb question is the one you don't ask.

the early manifold is a bolt on.

I believe you can also get an edlebrock intake with the filler up front if you want an older performance look.

I like your car, back in the 70's I had a '67 RS/SS 350, 4spd, 12 bolt posi. I pulled the motor and put in a 302, I didn't care for that, so pulled it and put in a 454 that I had built for my other '67 Camaro. At some time I put the 350 in a Vega panel I had.
    I sold my '67 RS/SS to buy a '70 RT/SE Challenger 383 Mag/727b posi.
