I ran across something I have never seen before. I guess you could call it a factory blem or something like that.I bought a 400 the other day and when I took the pan off it had 4 bolt caps but the caps were drilled on the inside like a 2 bolt cap and no holes for the outside bolts After removing the caps and inspecting the webs I saw where the block was drilled for the other 2 outside bolts but not threaded. Has anybody else had a block like this before?
