2 Bolt main bearing cap limitations
I was wondering if someone could give me some info on the horsepower and rpm limitations of a L98 2 bolt main engine. I am concerned about main bearing cap failure. I am planning on having 490 hp and 429 tq @ 6000 and don't expect to turn the engine more than 6500. Any replies would be apreciated

Ripster, if its normally aspirated itll be fine. Main studs might be a good idea though.75 GMC C-15 factory 454, automatic, lowered
