    350 fuelie guys

Are there any out there? I am seriously thinking about putting a 350 vortec FI engine and 4L60 transmission in my 46 chevy pickup. Are there ways to improve performance i.e cam, throttle body, and electronics?

there are many things you can do. now be prepared that when you up grade with fuel injection there is a point in when piggyback or stand alone computer systems come into play. camshaft is one way. make sure you read the guide lines on if it will work with stock computer. intakes, throttle bodys, bigger injectors(only if you change the out computer settings) and depending on year, you can chip/program the computer. there is tons. an engine is still and engine below the wiring for fuel injection and the cluster of sensors. alot of fuel injected engines are limit by what the air flow meter can read.
