Well, I just can't catch a break here.... I got the problem with the edelbrock pump figures out and the car was cooling very well and then My Cooling Components fan quit. I drove the car Monday and all was well, and then I went to drive it Thursday and the fan started smoking......The motor was completely locked up. I called Cooling components and guess what, " we had a bad run of motors about a year ago, I'll send you a replacement out tomorrow". AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! first Edelbrock with a bad casting, then cooling components with a bad motor. I think the next car I build will be all used junkyard parts, I get better service that way. I think edelbrock and cooling components should get together and buy me a new engine as many times as mine has overheated. What happenened to the quality of aftermarket parts? Maybe I should get the Chinese stuff????Hanging with my Dad.
