LOTS of oil out of the exhaust
im talking it was all coated in raw oil and a little unburnt gas. it was leaving puddles out of the drivers tail pipe. it is tru dual all the exhaust was brand new
we tore it down valve seals were bad replaced them, check the rings on the cylinder's they were stuck but not busted unstuck them checked them really good reinstalled, while it was down found out the cam was trashed and replaced that too didnt notice any place on the head gaskets where it could have been leaking but the drivers side came off in a few different pieces the passenger came off like it was new.
engine work is complete and ill finish installing the heads and finding out if i solved the issue or not tomorrow. but we didnt find any definite source of the oil.
im not a glass half full person. im crossing my fingers and hoping we got it. but since im not sure i thought id ask so the advice was here in case we didnt find the problem.
not new to engine's and my father isnt either between the two of us theres over 45 years experience here. neither of us has seen this amount of oil out of a tail pipe before.
where are all the possible places all that oil came from?

First, I'd see if any of the plugs on that bank are oil fouled. This will isolate cylinder. Then if rings are good, like you said ( gaps placed correctly ), and there is no hole in the piston, and the bore is not egg shaped, I'd go after a leaky intake manifold gasket at that intake port, sucking oil out of the lifter gallery. If this is the case, there should be raw oil in the intake port. Worn out valve guides will cause it too. These things are what I'd look at first....

what kind of engine???
Unstuck and reinstalled rings?????
If you ever find a stuck ring, you probably have a piston that has ring lands shot also at that point---you are probably need hone, new pistons /rings

Wow - that's a nightmare! I'm with Jerry, stuck rings are usually "stuck for a reason" and in the great scheme of things, rings are one of the least expensive components. I'd be concerned that you have a bad piston (or two?) if rings are not nice and springy when inserted in the cylinder.
As mentioned, bad intake gasket (usually pinched) can allow vacuum in the lifter galley.
Some additional information, re; what are you working on and is this something that you just bought or do you have/know the history of the engine?
Good Luck,
