Vacuum advance
Dumb question !!!
I have a stock 64 Vette distributer with Vacuum advance that I replaced the points with a Petronix electronic set up.
I also replaced the intake manifold on the 327 with an Edelbrock Performer and changed out the carbs.
Do I have to do something with the vacuum line coming out of the Dist? I currently have it pluged.
There is no place on Carb (webers) for a vacuum advance line to go. The only place to draw Vacuum off the intake manifold is in rear of manifold and I have my PCV line from valver cover running in there.

You should be able to use a T fitting to hook vacuum to both your distributor and your PCV valve. Since it is a vacuum line, you should not have to worry about oil getting into your vacuum advance.

A little confusing. You say you have an Edelbrock Performer intake on the motor and then you say you have Webers (plural). Please explain your exact configuration.
Vacuum is mostly for fuel mileage and is plugged into the intake manifold. When engine load is low, as in cruising, mileage is aided by extending the ignition timing over what is allotted by the initial and centrifugal ignition advance. It would not be unheard of to see a small block Chevy with 50+ degrees of total timing at cruise. There are those who will argue with me on this and say that the vacuum advance pod should be plugged into ported vacuum. Ported vacuum was originally used to help meet emissions standards and in my opinion, has no place on a hot rod motor.
I would run the PCV to the air cleaner and free up the intake manifold to run the vacuum pod on the distributor.PLANET EARTH, INSANE ASYLUM FOR THE UNIVERSE.

Induction is duel side draft Webers (Inglese) mounted on a four barrel Edelbrock. Webers of course have stacks so no air cleaner to run the PCV into. I'd attach a pic if I knew how.

Yeah, I see what it looks like. Drill and tap the Inglese manifold for a NPT connector to the valve cover.
