Carb angle of victor intake manifold
Does anybody know what this is? I want to set my throttle body flat and have a flat engine install in a rear engined car.

No angle, same as engine.

Webby - the intake carb face is most likely 3 degrees depending on p/n tho some are zero. Here's the cat page http://viewer.zmags.com/publication/...#/163b88ed/109
(Why a Victor - it's NOT a good street intake, or is it for a race engine)
ojh - I think you misunderstood his questionDave W

some race intakes have no tilt some guys would tilt the carb more of a angle so in motion if car /boat so that the jets stay in fuel and floats work so a wedge spacer is used so when the car/boat is up the fuel is level in the bowls. not hard to check or fix with a wedge if you must have it level but i can not see with a throttle body it will not know if it up or down abitLast edited by pat mccarthy; 02-24-2011 at 09:39 AM.
