Weiand 142
I have a 350 0.030 over, unknown crankshaft, unknown connecting rods and no heads, with these parts:

I am very new to this and this is all the information I have. Is this enough information to verify that a Weiand 142 will not damage the engine? I am also looking for recommendations for heads.Last edited by fatgump; 04-10-2011 at 11:15 AM. Reason: resized pictures

The problem is your cam. There is too much overlap, and as a result, you will be bleeding off your boost. You should switch it out for a supercharger cam. They normally have a lobe center of around 114 degrees. Your Lunati cam has a lobe center of 109 degrees. As far as the rest of the parts, you should be okay if you have replaced the stock rod bolts with something like ARP's. You don't necessarily have to use a forged crankshaft with this blower, although it is preferable.
