    tranny question

     



    im putting in a turbo 350 i cant find where the modulater valve goes. iknow it should be in the back. the pan says METRIC on it. can some one please advise.i am putting it behind an old 305 its just an old farm truck. do i need a vacume line for it to shift? totally lost.Thanks Houndog.

    it should`nt be missing the modulator valve .. you most likely dont have a turbo 350
    iv`e used up all my sick days at work .. can i call in dead ?

    how can i tell what i have. it came out of a 86 buick. why does it say METRIC on the pan?

    It'll bolt up to a sbc just fine, as for going in your pickup, depends on what it is and what it had as to whether or not the tranny mount and crossmember will line up---another consideration would be the driveshaft length.... I'm not a chebby automatic guy, hopefully some of the guys who've had some experience with the 200 metric can help you with the specifics......
