buying a new carb. .30 over, mild cam...need suggestions

I have a 750 Holley on this SBC now, for the setup it seems to be way to much fuel. In fact it fouled my plugs out, and you can just smell it running rich. It blows a bit of smoke out as well. I took a video for you to see.

So heres what I would like, I was told by another street rodder that he has a 600 edelbrock on his and it runs great. Im sure what I have is way to much overkill and I would like to get rid of it.

So any advice here is appreciated and if you would link me to where I could purchase one (like on summit) it would be appreciated! Thanks!

I had the sound working ok. Couldn't see the smoke. But yes, go with a 600 would be my recommendation.

600-670 but be sure to get vacuum secondaries. They will make it run right even if size is a little off.

hay set the idle linkage screw up about 500 rpm and adjust the idle mixture scerws lean until u ar back to the desired idle speed thats called lean rpm drop thats how you get more air in and less fuel that makes a more lean mixture yes that carb is big but you can tune it to work until you get less carb or moor motor....ted
