Help identifying cylinder heads
I have a set of heads that have been sitting around for about 15 years. I believe they are Dart II Sportsman heads, but the intake and exhaust castings are very rough. Doesn't seem like an aftermarket head would be this rough but I'm going to have them ported if they are good heads. They have 2.02/1.6 valves, 1.5" or 1.54" double valve springs with dampers, valve guides, 64cc chambers, at least they look 64 by the shape of the chambers. I need to determine if these are decent heads that I can work with. They seem like good heads with 2.02 valves, nice valve springs, I was just concerned with how crappy the castings are for the intake and exhaust runners. They are very rough and the intake runner shape is that that great.

I fixed the links.
My grandfather, mom's side, drove a 39 Plymouth coupe when I was about 4 or 5 and I thought it was pretty cool and I loved the tail fins on the 49 Cadillac. I drew cars when I was in the 5th and 6th...
How did you get hooked on cars?
