Here's a set that I might buy if I didn't want to go with a Cloyes True Roller for about a hundred bucks.....

Just be sure you buy a set that's good for a roller setup if you have a roller cam in your 350. Gotta admit I don't know what the difference is between a non-roller set or timing gears and one that's good for a roller, but noticed on that one that it says in the notes "For non-roller cams only."Roger

descriptions by various vendors are at the best sporatic-----------but the description that says for non-roller cams may be slanted to fact that later model roller lifter equipped engine have a smaller nose and are equipped with a thrust plate to retain the cam in its position-we used to used a front button shimmed for clearance against the front cover---now the cam may have a smaller outside diameter/bolt pattern for the gear-so its an issue of the top gear fitting the nose of the cam-----

Don't take it as gospel, but on one of the Chevy forums it said,There are two different bolt circles for the timing gear - 55-95 flat tappet cams used a wider pattern than the 87-99 roller cams.Roger

Once you take the gear drive off, the numbers on the gear set should cross reference to the correct chain set up. If it is the noise only that bothers you, you could do what most of do, get louder exhaust or turn up the radio, lol..
