Thread: 267 or 305?

I found a sbc 305 for $50!! It has everything it needs except for intake manifold. Bone stock. I was planning on using a 267 sbc I have but found this 305. So which would you guys think would be the better choice?

If you're doing a budget build, then you may have found the answer... If you have some other uses for the car, like high performance uses. Then save your pennies and maybe find a 350?

Cubes = power.

Snag a cheap edelbrock performer manifold and headders, they will still work if you upgrade to a 350 later on.
Unless you know for sure the condition, you would be well advised to take a peek inside.
