    Tourque plate/chevy 400

     



    Hey fellas, just wondering if any of you know what a torque plate is? My engine builder is going to put one in my chevy 400 after I or someone dropped something into my intake and screwed up my #3 cylinder. So they are going 40 over and installing a torque plate...They say this will make the engine more stout. The engine was 30 over before with 425HP.

    Torque plate hone makes the cylinders helps make the cylinders rounds by simulating the head being on.
    75 GMC C-15 factory 454, automatic, lowered
