Question Moon tank bracket info please

Finally found a set of the original style Moon brackets for my 3 gallon tank, and am looking for some information. I am missing the springs and related plastic / rubber covering for the brackets and springs. Does anyone have this setup on their car and can enlighten me on spec`s? What is the diameter of the springs, plastic covering? What is the thickness of rubber saddle mounts on the brackets? Are there "S" hooks to attach the springs to the brackets? Did Moon provide this hardware or was it a hardware store trip? Thanks in advance, Roger

I sold a pair of Eelco tank brackets on Ebay. These were almost duplicate of the Moon versions. The spring was a standard 1/2" extension spring, with a nice curled loop on the end that went into the hole in the mount bracket. It had clear 1/2" ID tubing (like old style fuel hose) over this. Cut about two inches short of the spring length. The bottom cushion was just a piece of split 5/16? black fuel hose laid over the lip.
