I've been to the Downs Factory 4 times this year, Just pulled my frame down there Friday they're going to be building the body for my 3W Coupe in November.
A great bunch of people, and from what I can tell a great product.
I did a lot of asking around and heard all good.
Also talked to a number of guys at different car shows that had cars with Downs bodies and they were all happy with them.
Where are you located? I'm just an hour north of Lawton in Grand Rapids, so it's not to difficult for me to get down there.

I'm in email contact w/ Vicki at downs about once a week, and once it gets closer to my build, I'll probably be going down there at least once a week. If you've got any questions let me know.
They've got a pretty inclusive catalog, and they also have a DVD about their operation. If you need contact info, let me know.
I've been in their factory and seen bodies in all states of assembly and have been very impressed.
I also closely inspected another 3W that was ready for delivery and the fit and finish was as good as any I've seen, other than block sanding I'd say it was ready for paint.

A "skip" = a dumpster.... but he says it's proper english??? Oh.. Okay. Most of us can see the dating site pun, "matching" with an arsonist.. But a "SKIP? How is that a box? It must all be...
