    Question Front brake lines

What length front brake lines for a straight axle with chevy calipers (like Speedway kit)?
    Thanks,
    Jim

Not enough information to answer your question. I always wait until I have the front end mocked up, then measure and buy the brake lines. If you get an opinion from someone here who hasn't even seen your car, and doesn't know how your front end is set up, how good is the answer going to be? Measure twice, buy once.

    Henry,
The front is basicially installed. I have a Superbell I-beam with hairpins, vega cross steer, thru frame fittings with chevy calipers. I really didn't phrase my question correctly. I need to get the braided flex lines and was curious about 18", 22" or if I just need to get a tape and put a loop in it so the lines will have slack but not flopping. I may have answered my own question.
    Thanks for the reply,
    Jim

Turn your wheels all the way to the outside, and measure so that there is a little slack. I wouldn't allow for a loop in the brake line.
